Your breath is linked to your mind.

Your mind is linked to your breathing.

Breath is halfway between you and source,

Halfway between your physical and your nonphysical.

Breath is a link from your conscious self on through your energy sheathes, your aura.

Breath is an emissary of your conscious mind in to communicating with your auric energies.

These energies are around your physical body and go through your physical body also.

The primary way that you experience density is through experiencing the physical body, and also

experiencing the influences of the physical body.

So can the physical body be bathing you in an experience which obscures the lightness and flow

of your auric energies?

Yes.

And your auric energies may have slowed down.

You may be a mature able adult in the earth context,

however regarding the non physical self, such as your auric energies,

a more child like attitude as you might extend to a son or daughter....

allows more room for you allowing the more sincere explorations of the 'new' within you.

The physical body is a bit like the earth moon,

in that it runs on and is effected by movements up and back, which is also called cycles.

.
When we share about breath, there are two sciences at this level of investigation.

Firstly, that certain energy flows run through your body , more in the nature of cycles.

Breathing well stimulates, balances these energies.

Now secondly, it is the movement and flow of these energies that serve as an intermediary

between your physical body experience.......and your auric light energy around and through you.

.
So breathing well can bring you to the door experientially of experiencing on a regular basis ,

and learning with on a regular basis,

can create a working flowing experiential connection between 'you' and your auric experience.

.

You don't have to be 'Gautama the buddha ' to learn, to explore.

There is no 'god' with a gun over your head, neither judging you.

I recommend that you relax and trust your self, and trust the greater life, much of it 'invisible' to

you at present.

.
There is a tendency to remain shell shocked from the energies of earth,

and then to function more within an energetic survival mode.

Remember that the answers are within,

and they all present themselves to you, in experiential real ways,

when you trust your self and honor yourself... in choosing... to choose...

relaxed , fun... self exploration.
