lessons like leaves
fall to the floor within
myself, settling to the forest ground
nutrients absorbed, assimilated
falling within
lesson like rain upon the ground
my roots take in the water
settling pools of water
settling pools of water
from which I drink
internally I move within myself
I am the lesson assimilated.
I am the tree
whos leaves fall to the ground
within, my tree
roots sink into the earth
I grow....
