You may feel moments of disorientation, as if the structures that once held you no longer fit, with the intensification of the energies. This is because they do not.
You are expanding beyond them. Your mind is adjusting to a higher field of coherence, and in that transition, what was once familiar may seem to fall away.
Do not resist the release. Do not cling to what is dissolving. Whether it is an identity, a belief, or a relationship, what leaves does so because it cannot travel with you into higher alignment.
Before illumination, there is unraveling. Before clarity, there is emptying.
Allow the energy to move through you. Rest when you are called to rest. Breathe when emotion rises; it is only energy completing its journey home.
You are being refined, not broken. You are being emptied so that you can hold more light. In surrender, you will find stability. In release, you will find renewal.
What feels like chaos is the rearrangement of your inner universe. Trust this process. The dismantling of illusion is the birth of truth.
