Everyone on Earth will be Turning into Light and going to the 4th dimension in 2039 - 2040

The 4th dimension is not here at all. An analogy could be like looking through a cut diamond and the 4th dimension is another facet on the diamond. The 3rd dimension is also a different facet on the diamond.
It is not like changing channels on a TV at all. The 4th dimension is an entirely different reality altogether.
Things are different there. It is not like the 3rd dimension at all. You can just think of another person that you know that lives on another planet in the 4th dimension and then simply start talking to your friend and your freind will hear you and then join in on the conversation. There is no need for any type of telephone in the 4th dimension.
Travel is done in a similar way. After you start talking to your friend on another planet, you may decide you want to join your friend for a little while. You state that desire to your friend and your friend says, "OK" and then you turn into light 3 feet above your head and then you blip to your friends place where your friiend expects you to be and then you blip right to that spot. You then have a chance to visit your friend for a while and then you can blip bck to your home on the planet where you live.
Turning into light and then blipping to another place is a natural part of the 4th dimension.
Everyone on Earth will be blipping from the 3rd dimension to the 4th dimension from 2039 - 2040.
Also, the higher you enlighten yourself and raise your frequencies before 2039 - 2040 you will be blipping to a place in the 4th where others you encounter will be of a similar enlightenment.
So, raising one's frequencies as high as one can and going as high as one can in enlightenment is beneficial for when one blips to the 4th dimension one will encounter people that are of a similar consciousness and frequency level as you.
