Tonight at 4 a.m. I tried practising the propitiation of Swapneshwari . I used the visualisations and mantra. Then listened to the YouTube relaxation I posted. At a certain point I could no longer hear the video. That was the point that the dream begins. I realize I was dreaming when I saw several small baby goats or maybe lambs in bed with me. I thought to myself how interesting there's some baby animals in my bed. This was the dream trigger. Recognizing the baby animals were in bed with me. Of course I knew when I went to bed there were no animals in my bed. Plain as day there were skinny furry little lambs in my bed. Earlier today I watched a video about Mountain animals in India. It was an enjoyable video about the source of the Ganges River in India. My brother was lying in bed and I was also guiding him in this dream meditation. That was another trigger. He lives in Oklahoma yet he was with me in Boston. At that point I decided ok I'm dreaming I want to go somewhere and Explore. I started to feel I might wake up. I went through the wall behind the bed in the dream to go outside. I just about made it outside and was trying to think where I like to go. I felt a little shaky and jittery and was starting to feel I was in my body again as the acheness was returning. I heard the rumble of my space heater and knew I was back in my body. Very interesting experience.
