There is correctness in what Greer has suggested about a quarantine and I know that some may find this difficult to accept, but the current quarantine, imposed by the GFL, is necessary...
Of course, ascension and freedom from planetary karma lift the quarantine....so when humanity "graduates" as it were, the freedom to travel and settle on other worlds, will be afforded all who qualify....

call me crazy for i believe WITH ALL MY HEART. we are not alone anymore, the e.t. races who only came to earth was just for thier amusement and wonder to study the composition of the d.n.a. controled human animal genes, and how the human animal of earth reacts to it's enviorment. this i believe is in a full quantine to be with the rest of the humans of all the universe. This reccuring theme of the Soverignity of the soul is a very prominant theme in many available teachings.
We need to allow the higher aspect of ourself which is perfect and pure and has never been stain by material contamination, to domniate the mass cociousness.
Dr Greer's teachings are very logical.I find they are upbeat and posative and encourage humanity to be more mature.
