Defining Energy HealingHow do we explain Reiki or any other energy healing modality to someone who is unfamiliar?Why not keep it simple?1. We are always in a natural state of healing. When we get a bruise, scratch, sprain, or illness our system is always working to restore wellness. Basic biology.2. Our thoughts are energy. Our focus and intention will always affect the outcome of any experience. Basic physics.With Reiki we utilize an intention of healing to help facilitate the natural processes.Below is one of my favorite Einstein quotes.“If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.” - Albert Einstein
