CRAZY EMOTION

HI ALL,

I HAVE BEEN VERY EMOTIONAL LATELY AN ITS REALLY BOTHERING ME BECAUSE I HAVE NOONE TO EXPRESS THIS TO BUT TO YOU ALL..I FIND MYSELF CRYING ALOT IF ITS IMAGES OF THE UNIVERSE I GET A FEELING OF HOME AN I CRY, I DONT KNOW WHY, I FEEL THE URGE TO CRY OUT OF NOWHRE AT TIMES TO, OR JUST SITTING AND LOOKING AT NATURE I CRY, IF PPL CRY ON TV I CRY..I ALSO BEEN FEELING ANGRY, INPATIENT, IRRITATED WHEN THERE IS NO REASON TO..IM AN EMOTIONAL RECK AND ITS BEEN HARD LATELY, AM I GOING CRAZY DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO TO GET THESE EMOTIONS IN CHECK, I TRY A LITTLE  EVERYDAY TO STAY IN A CALM RELAXED STATE BUT ITS BEEN DIFFICULT.

 

I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY AND ALL FEEDBACK, IF YOU HAVE BEEN FEELING THE SAME OR WAYS TO RELAX

  • @captain- i do feel things are speeding up in the universe, an i was jjust talking about tht last night who is asking question who is thinkin about thinking why do u ask questions who even wants to kno the answer to the question, its alot tht i think about right along with you.thank you

    @dilraj- thank you for posting an sharing your experience im glad we all can relate, yea i believe that these emotions are coming to the surface, over the years i had become angry all the time an i had got tht under control for awhile untill recently its been cming back an im trying to not shove the under a rock an deal with the actual emotion, i think you advice is right thank you, i shall face these energys an then release them

  • Thank you for posting this since I felt like posting this same subject, but was a little hesitant. When we entered this new month of July 2011, I feel that I'm on a roller coaster of emotions..from laughing hysterically to crying unwillingly. On July 1st 2011, I CRIED after watching an hour long video from the GFL...I pretty much broke out in tears and felt the need to tell my mom how much i love her. I cried for about 5 minutes and then later I faced my mom and started crying to her, telling her that I LOVED HER SO MUCH and how much I appreciate her as my mom. She cried a little bit, too haha. Now a week and a half later, I was listening to this song about how a person be without somebody, and I almost broke out crying then too. However, I maintained my composure..whether that appropriate or not, i don't know. As for laughing, I was swimming and I felt I had such freedom in the water that I started laughing and thanking myself for making the time to go swimming. When I got out of the water, I felt so relaxed and so attuned with my body. 

     

    To make sense of all happening to me, I think this is called EMOTIONAL CLEARING. You need to get all those stored away emotions out and express them so that we may be able to ascend into the 5th dimension. These emotions have been hidden and could become destructive to our health, so I think it is vital that we have emotions brought to the surface, so we can once and for all move past them. AND I've heard from a channeling that it's more important to focus on your emotional clearing right now that anything else....

     

    Anyways, I feel relieved to share this with you Earthgoddess and I hope you'll deal with this emotions in a positive way. Let's embrace them!!

  • thank you all for your input i appreciate it..im glad that im not alone. i know wht you mean happy an kel i totally forgot that that was the reason why my mom thought i was bipolar because i do pick up on everyone elses emotions thanks for that reminder i will try an do all those things an see if tht helps.

    rick, bate, butterfly, i thought it had something to do with bringing these emotions up an releasing them if thats whats happening to get rid of the negative for ascension then it gives me a little more ease to know tht there is a purpose for wht has been going on.

  • I know the feeling, I posted recently about men crying because it isn't normal but some of the responses have made me feel OK with that. The heart is cleaning out the junk so to speak. Releasing negativity I suppose so the more the better.

    Sounds like you are processing some kind of emotions.  Best not to repress them, if you just want to release some old stuff, then crying is a good way to cleanse.

     

    Images of 'home' can be a good thing.  I have purchased some posters of celestial star systems to decorate my loungeroom with.  This is to bring comfort to myself that my 'home' is elsewhere, but that I have a job to do on Earth and I want to finish it.

     

    Try to stay disciplined in meditating everyday and let your guidance come from there.  Also eat properly and eliminate foods that are messing with your emotions ie meat or any other food that has faced suffering.

     

    Know that you are loved and have support here

  • Oh yes Earthgoddess, I have been feeling out of sorts for a while now too.  I don't know how much of it is from picking up other peoples feelings and how much comes from myself.  Mostly I just want to hide, if I could be a recluse and safely be alone, I would- totally.  I feel people are very draining on me, I dislike the noise that seems to follow me wherever I go, peace and quiet is all I really crave.... and it's very hard for me as I have many people who depend on me and I am not allowed a day off, lol. 

    I would say that we are still clearing our chakras.  I get weepy too sometimes- I wish I could have a deep good cry in the shower, but alas, even that is not allowed and so I swallow that lump in my throat and hold onto it for another day....

    So, it's back the ascension survival guide.  Here are a few things I try to do to get through the worst days. 

    -  Get into Nature.  Anything outside where you can feel the sun and look at trees, see the animals and bond with them... getting outside keeps me sane.

    - Get Creative.  Art, Music, Dance... anything that you can do to express your emotions, like turning the music loud and dancing your ass off... makes you feel better.  Or listening to the Moonlight Sonata and having a good sob session makes you feel better too.  Sometimes you have to let the emotions go... anyway you can. 

    - Stay away from "bad" food.  Some people are getting so sensitive they taste the fear in the meat.  Stick to what your body wants, it knows best. I go on periodic sugar binges but eat nearly no meat.

    - Laugh.  Find what makes you laugh like a movie or a standup comedian.  Joy is infectious. 

    -Meditate.  Meditation is one of those things that everyone does different.  Find whatever works best for you.  You know you are doing it right when you feel your crown open up and your heart flutter.  Google meditations until you find one you like- I suggest Twin Hearts which connects your heart to your mind. 

    - This one is really great- Help Someone.  Nothing makes you feel better than helping someone else in need.  The true gift of giving is giving with no expectations in return.  Volunteer, or adopt a needful animal, give free babysitting to a stressed out mom... whatever you can do to make the world a better place- makes you feel better. 

    - Light therapy.  Darkness and gloom make one miserable, I think.  The sun is proven to awaken our kundalini and give us energy to grow etherically.  We are recommended at least ten minutes a day in full sunlight to get the good "juices" out of it...

    Hope this helps, it does get better.  The proportion to your pain is the Light that you will embody when all is said and done.  Good luck, I wish you all the best :)
