I AM St. Germain, the one you know as the Master of the Violet Flame. It is an honor to address you once again. There is much shifting of energy going on at the present, particularly within the mass consciousness grid. There is much anger, frustration, hate and fear that needs to be transmuted.
For your first 5-minute segment of this meditation, you are to visualize my Violet Flame coursing through the mass consciousness grid, lighting up those darker areas containing these denser energies.
For the next 5-minute segment, you are to send Love to every beating heart upon planet Earth.
For the last segment of this meditation, you are to send Love to the Heart of Earth.
