First, understand and remember that ascending is exactly this
The body turns into light when the cells are so full of joy and bliss and lightness and euphoria that they rise completely out of the body and stop holding it together.
When that happens, the body disappears.
In order to lift the cells into the place where they are flying beyond the stars they must have the qualities of etheric light pumped into them through the music that goes into the ears from earphones. Earphones must be used to get the music to the cells. If the music is listened to from speakers most of the frequencies will not get into the cells.
The cells must feel that the density of hertzian, infra red, visible and invisible light, and even gamma waves are no longer a part of where they are. They must feel like they have floated beyond the plasma of the gamma waves and have spent a long while in the heliotalic pink white transformation zone that makes them feel all pink and fizzy. After that they need to feel like little crystal liquid light jelly fish that are floating out of the body and glistening in the colors of the neon rainbow.
If the cells are allowed to stay in this state of floating jelly fish long enough they will continue to float away and never return to the body that is stationed in the third realm. When that happens, the body can no longer remain in the third realm because there will be nothing holding it together in this standing wave pattern zone any longer.
The body will transpose into the realm where the standing wave pattern matches the lightness of densty that the cells have felt.
