  He reiterated that humans create their own reality. Wars are nothing more than a war within ourselves. We begin to come come into our own "power" where others don't control us like now. Our future is entirely of our own making-it is up to us to SUGGEST to the doomsayers that they stop.
  All people are one. We will begin to realize that so there will be no more excuses for one person treating another badly. The more people try to hide the bad things they do, the more it will be exposed to the light. People will FEEL what they do to others. So be at peace and harmony with each other. Support and assist each other..
  Nothing will collapse on Dec21. We will create our own new system, like banking and government.
  So be in the light, understand light and darkness. We will realize who we always were. You are I. A physical form. You are an angelic being. It is up to you to make good choices. Humanity will harmonize the construct (I think the word construct here means our society and how it works). He then said that disclosure will happen after humans realize that we all came from different planets. (my planet must not have to type-lol). Ra said that the Arcturian Coucil has joke-imagine we are going to a p,ace that we never left! Only the mind left. If the mind believes it, the mind convinces the heart. The heart makes it real.   Ra then stated we don't need bunkers, shelters, food storage, etc. We will still have to do a karmic review. We will begin to access higher knowledge. We should continue to communicate and work etc, but now our endevours will bring more prosperity. Ra started talking about project looking glass" which a military classified project that provided psychedelic drugs to people in order to get them to see the future. According to Ra, no one could really see past Dec21. What these people did see was light and all reported feeling bliss.

  Keep in mind, as with all channelled messages, you have to decide what is true for you. My notes will highlight his session-it's not verbatim. He began by explaining that Dec21 is a physical planetary alignment-earth will be in alignment with the central sun. He linked the alignment to the PEAK of our shift in consciousness. He also stated that the central sun is the Source (all life emanated from Source). He then delved into the doomsday prophecies of Dec21. He started by stating that the Arcturian Council can sees clarity. (I don't think he was trying to say that they see our future.) He said that the fear based knowledge will not help us to evolve. They (Arc Cou) see prosperity for more people and more opportunities for us. Ra then started taking about "time wave zero" calculator. (I haven't a searches that, so not entirely sure of the accuracy of the following statement. Sounded like, our current time is quantity based-this has to be done now time stuff. As opposed to "time quality" which the rest of the universe uses. He stated that the time density between World war 1 & 2 was very dense, very thick. Once we reach time wave zero, we begin to move from time quantity to time quality.

  Everything!  The biggest issues with this video is that it have no transcript, subtitle, or caption for deaf and hard of hearing people, including me (I am full deaf).  and no, youtube "Audio Recognize" software is not even working right, these is so glitchy and never work properly when it come to converting sounds into texts (by software).  That is why I am asking for someone to write here of what this video is talking about or summary it if it takes too long for anyone to create transcript of this video.

  You have no idea how frustrating it is when people kept posting video or audio links without any transcript, subtitles, or caption where many of deaf/hard of hearing people need it very much.  So that is why I am asking for someone who is willing to volunteer to create transcript or summary about this video in full texts.  Finally, just remember not every of us can read lips (I can't read lip as example), in case if anyone assume I can read lip.  Hopes this answer your question.

  Can any of you either create transcript or summary of what this person is talking about please? It is very torturing for me when lot of you understand this video while I'm left out... :(
