As a tree extends up or inward through many subtle and expansive environments….
so it is with the human being.
Our thought today is about the importance, except in some cases,
of you understanding your nature as a source being who
has incarnated a physical presence.
It should be obvious on its face that you are the tree.

Your being is the tree.
Your roots and base are in the physical.
Focus on the perhaps deep brown color and even texture...
of your base and roots in as your physical self and focus.
Perhaps you feel the green ray aspect focus flowing over you,
down though your self.
