Currently, you are experiencing sometimes softer and sometimes stronger pulses of energies, that are being sent to your beloved planet for your Ascension. 

This might cause for some of you to experience a wide range of emotions.

At times, these emotions might come out of nowhere and for no apparent reason. 

However, there is a reason for these emotions to come to the surface for you:


Currently, the lower dimensional realities are falling away to make room for higher dimensional realities. 


This process brings up emotional residues from the lower dimensional realities.

It is a transitional side effect, if you will.

The are a few things you can do to move through this dimensional transition with ease:

• Become aware that these emotions are simply lower dimensional residue.
• Gently allow for these emotions to move through you, up and out of your crown chakra.
• Invite the Ascended Master St. Germain and use the violet flame to transmute these emotions.
• Call for my Angelic white/blue ray to clear these emotions.

Try any of these techniques and watch your emotional state change. 

It will allow you to move through this dimensional transition with ease and to experience the higher dimensional realities sooner. 

These higher dimensional realities are what you call "The New Earth."

And you are moving closer and closer to the New Earth experience with each day.
