Dear Ones, you are powerful co-creators and the energies within your mass-consciousness are beginning to shift upwards again. 


At times, certain catalysts come into your reality to trigger you into a choice: 

a) to become as angry, erratic, uncontrollable and low in vibration as the catalyst

or

b) to choose the opposite: love, upliftment and focus on what you wish to create. 


In other words, the catalyst is only the illusion that allows you to

fuel your desire of creating better. 


The sooner you understand the real reason for the catalyst's existence, the sooner you will be able to allow for this fuel of creation to improve of your reality.

So, how can you apply this principle to your current situation?

There are three steps to create a new reality:


Step 1:

Raise your vibrational frequencies every morning through:

a) meditation
b) positive journaling
c) working with crystals and sound
d) going into nature
e) connecting with animals


Step 2:

Take back your power, by taking control of your emotions - no matter the outer circumstances. 

The best way to shift your emotional state is to:

a) focus on uplifting and positive information only
b) acknowledge your blessings and what is currently working in your life.
c) use positive mantras throughout the day 

Step 3:

Pay attention to indicators that things are improving.
 
Even if it is just  a slight improvement.

Then, take note of it. 


Dear Ones, reality is fluid and eternally changing: 

Every action causes a reaction on a small scale or a large scale. 

Everything is constantly in motion and anything is possible. 

Anything can change rapidly.
