These Changes are Due To The GRADUAL Magnetic Pole Shift As Well As Earth-Gaia's Core Speeding Up (THIS Is Creating The Current Global Warming Trend As Metatron Has ALREADY Informed You My Beloved Souls) AND All of The Earth-Quakes Occurring Each Day.

You All Need To Be AWARE That You CANNOT STOP Your Beloved Planet-Mother Gaia from Doing what She is doing. She is Re-Organizing Her Surface to better suit Hu-Manity's Needs once she Totally Ascends and the NEW 5D Earth. Beloved Souls, Please BE PATIENT during all of the shaking and destruction. I KNOW that This Is Difficult To Do When You Are Seeing Buildings Be-ing Destroyed as though they were Playthings and People Be-ing Injured and/or Killed. Please BE AWARE That Those That Are Dying In These Events Have AGREED To Leave Earth and This Current Incarnation In This Manner As Their Agree-Upon Job/Task Is Then Completed.

If You Are ABLE To Communicate With Gaia, The Plants, Trees, Animals and Stones/Crystal/Minerals... ASK Them ALL What YOU Can Do To HELP Them During This Process. ALONG WITH Your Personal Guides And Guardians and Angels Are ALL Standing With EACH and EVERY ONE of You As You Experience The Shifts In Vybrations and The Re-Alignments - Physical, Mental, Emotional AND Spiritual -- That WILL Bring You BACK To Your ORIGINAL Crystalline State of Be-ing-Ness. Your Own Personal Changes Are Something You AGREED TO At This EXACT Point In Time Before You Incarnaed This Time Around. You need to remember that To MEDITATE Each and EVERY Sun/ DAY So that you can Remain Grounded and Centered In Your Sacred Heart Center. You ALSO Need To Remember To GET OUTSIDE For A Short Time EACH DAY (The Weather Be-ing Un-Pleasant Is NOT Something To Be Concerned With/About).

Please Remember To Drink Plenty Of WATER and Eat Good Foods. Remember Also To Rest/Sleep AS MUCH As Your Be-ing Requires. The Rest and Sleep Is NECESSARY for Your Physical Body To Keep Up With The Changes As They Happen. Eating PLENTY of FRESH Or Fresh-Frozen (NOT CANNED) Fruits and Vegetables will also help. Sananda and Metatron and Raph/Raphael have Very Recently Discussed these things with you Beloved Souls. They Are VERY IMPORTANT to Remember and Practice each and every day.

You might be saying "But Lady FAITH, I Simply DO NOT Have The Time During My BUSY Day To Sit For HOURS in Meditation." To This I say That You DO NOT NEED to sit for HOURS in Meditation... Just FIVE MINUTES will do nicely! Just Sit And LISTEN TO Your Own Breathing, Paying Close Attention To Everything You Physically and Emotionally FEEL. Sit and Listen To Your Favourite MUSICK For A While and JUST Take Some Time FOR YOUR-SELF.

Oh... that brings another question to Mind that was Asked of Me recently as well. You, My Beloved Souls, DO NEED to Begin Having A Care FOR YOUR-SELVES. This Means NOT DENYING Your TRUE Feelings. It ALSO Means Simply CRYING When You feel the need to simply CRY. Contrary to what "Society" Teaches/BeLIEves... Crying Is NOT A Sign Of WEAK-NESS! It Is Actually A Sign Of STRENGTH to Sit Down or Stand There and CRY.

Whether this be in front of Others or By YourSelf Matters NOT. I Know of 2 Warriors/Healers that happen to be 2 of the 4 LEADERS of Clan Corda'a That THINK NOTHING OF Allowing Their ENTIRE CLAN to see them Crying. They Are Erice' WHYTE WOLF Dragon's Lyghte and Chris HEART'S LYGHTE Corde'. I Have WATCH both Chris AND Erice' "go to pieces" In front of the ENTIRE CLAN - as Hu-Mans are apt to say - IN THE MIDDLE of a Ceremony or Ritual Celebration and NOT think anything of it. This is a STRENGTH that MANY Be-ings WISH they had and/or do not have. The members of Clan Corda'a have NEVER "Ridiculed" These 2 Healers For this! In Fact, The Clan gathers around them and Offers nothing except PURE LOVE and Kindness to the One that Is Crying. They ALL Ask "WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP?"
