I am awake, i now know who i where during Atlantis and lemurie. My name back then was Atlara Melchizedek Bajdary.
Now i am complete one with life and guide every being in theire ascension including our universal logos Lord Atlara Drunvalo Melchizedek.
I would like to share a meditation where you can connect your self with your personal ascension guide to ascend.
Create a safe space for youself.
Focus yourself on your rootchakra and ground yourself with a grounding courd in the colour of your choosing and anchor it with the crystal heart of Mother Earth.
Breath then through your crown chakra golden white light into your body and let this spread out into your body and aura and let it leave your root chakra.
Breath then through your root chakra golden white light into your body and let this spread this through your body and aura and out through your crown chakra.
Finaly focus yourself on your heart chakra and let these two flows come together in your heartchakra and let them grow into a sphere of golden white light that expands around your body and aura.
Call on your ascension guide and connect with your ascension guide.
Ask your ascension guide to shine a ray from his/ her third eye towards your sacral chakra ( second Chakra ).
Let a ray grow out of your third eye and let it flow towards the sacral chakra from your ascension guide and visualise an two legged Ankh in your third eye and your sacral Chakra.
Your guide does do the same. Let the flow flow back and forth.
Do the same with your heart chakra and let the energies just flow back and forth.
Ask your guide to shine a ray from his/ her throat chakra towards your solar plexus ( third Chakra ) and do the same from your throat chakra to his or her solar plexus and put in those chakra's also an two legged Ankh.
Ask your guide to shine a ray from his/ her crown chakra to your root chakra and do the same from your crown chakra to his/ her root chakra and put in your crown and root chakra also an two legged Ankh and let the energies flow back and forth between the two of you.
Next ye both connect each other from root to root, from sacral to sacral, from solar plexus to solar plexus, from heart to heart chakra, from throat to throat chakra, from third eye chakra to third eye chakra, from crown chakra to crown chakra and let the energies flow back and forth.
On your own time when you are ready you can put the violet flame around yourself, it is not needed but that is per person.
