Logistically, it will take up to 20 years, to re-educate, to rebuild and restructure, and introduce new way of thinking and new technologies to people on New Earth. We, people living on this new beautiful Gaia, must do it themselves, albeit with lots of assistance from our more advanced Galactic sisters and brothers :)
