3 Days of Darkness Approaching? Images From NASA Stereo Behind HI1

We have all heard about various prophecies involving 3 days of darkness.  Now, this may become reality as evidenced by NASA cameras.

While the highest probability of these images suggests this could be due to a computer glitch, there is no affirmation as of the time of this press release.

To see for yourself, look at the HI1 camera and in the following settings:  512x512;  20121217  and 20121220.

As mentioned, this image is most likely caused by some sort of computer glitch but the timing of it is most interesting!
