  OK friend....after some discussion I have to state, for the record, that the grid references provided were intended to pinpoint a particular historical remnant of the formerly massive continent and fabled civilisation of Atlantis...known to the Celts as Avalon....That remnant isle was known as "High Brasil" and located off the west coast of Ireland, at the co-ordinates provided by the Probe to Penniston...
  
  A part more recently sunken and so assumed fresher in minds.....At it's peak, that continent was about one and a half million square miles, spanning from American bahamas, to the Canaries...It had several outposts, which formed an empire...
  
  Being a non-telepath, Penniston was communicated with using deep-impressioning binary code, which he had deciphered as late as 2012, having shown it to Burroughs for the first time in 2010....So, somewhat nonchalant, but at least, not critical, as the message of warning made in 1980, had been rectified by 2010.....and the world survived a nuclear war and is on track for planetary ascension, in spite of the remaining problems we see,,,
  
  Also, the tellurian grid was well known to Atlantis, who was the global sea-faring empire, that selected the Giza plateau to be the meridian of antiquity....the antediluvian "Greenwich." as it were... ;-)
  
  However, the longitude selected at 13 degrees, etc, was very much the intended choice for modern geographical references.....and reminds all to avoid the watery fate of Atlantis and rise above self annihilation...
  
  The Atlantean world wide grid was inherited by them from Lemuria, who were the first humanoids to settle on the earth's surface...
  
  When Penniston, in his ignorance, dismisses the craft's possible cosmic origins, it does not really matter, as he is correct that the operators of the craft are indeed "us." Humanity on earth is of cosmic origin, unknown to penniston, it would seem....So our humanoid space bretheren.....whether in the past, or from the future..... WE are ONE with cosmos.....we are ONE cosmic Humanity.....

  Yes, the Greys are an offshoot of the Reptilians. They are the major group that created many species, such as the Greys. Some of them are positive ones, while others are more malevolent. Since the Galactic Wars, some of these species became refugees, and they travelled to distant star systems and also came to Earth after fleeing from the Ripilians.   Hey dear friend. You were asking about the photon belt hologram. That was built by the Elohim when it was determined that humanity was not psychically ready to go through the photon belt with its maximum impact.
  
  Had we been allowed to go through the photon belt there would have been a mass landing to prepare us for that event. We would have first entered the null zone of the photon belt, which contained highly compressed photons. This would have created 3 days of darkness. And prior to that the GFL would have had to neutralize any nuclear power plants and nuclear weapons to prevent the compressed photons of the null zone from creating a nuclear chain reaction.
  
  Had we been physically ready for this event, the photon belt's interdimensional energies and the intense gamma radiation would have unlocked and unfurled the remaining 9/10 strands of DNA and we would have basically become fully conscious 5/D physical angels with full lightbody status. We would have had mentors land and we would have gone through an educational process, along with receiving new tech powered by photon energy.
  
  But it was determined our bodies weren't ready and that most of us would not have survived.
  
  So the Elohim constructed a hologram where everything appeared to be normal, even though we are currently still inside the photo belt (I believe). But they are allowing photon energies to slowly filtrate into our reality. This in large part has lead to the great awakening. In fact there are more awakened souls now on the planet than there has ever been.
  
  So Plan B was introduction of the light chambers which is much safer for limited consciousness beings like ourselves. The reality is large scale cosmic events can be very dangerous for limited consciousness 3/D or even 4/D beings (who have been genetically tampered with), which is why I believe the Creator has decided the light chambers are the safest and most efficient option for mass ascension, allowing the maximum harvest for this cosmic cycle.
  
  All of this was to have happened in early 1997, but as Drekx mentioned, the photon belt did arrive on time, but we were safely placed in a protective hologram by the Elohim and GFL.

  AE....Redanro, the Tau Cetian pilot, wants you to channel him and you will be trained to do so in the dream state...You are already picking up the message of nature and the promotion of healthy natural living....Your green forest avatar adoption is a sign of this response to the impulses...You have always loved nature and natural living...Now is the time to promote it....
  Maybe produce blogs on the topic, to start with....And why it is important that all people spend time in natural settings, when possible and consume natural foods....The Tau Cetians are aghast at the artificial additives in Earth products, etc....
  Promote the work of the new Trump admin, on this fact, too....
  Moreover, the Taus are not vegans and consume a natural ketogenic diet, not unlike that of the Sirians....
  Health in the form requires more than fruit and sunlight......Promote this fact on AC...
  That is what is being passed and more will arrive in your dream state subconscious...to be percolated out, slowly...

  And as for the galactic humans of Lakwedak (Tau Ceti,) they live alongside the sentient bear-like peoples....
  
  The humans are a non-Nordic type and have darker skins than white people on Earth...Having shades of brown, red and even a green-skinned type, variant human....(Incredible Hulk..?) Moreover, these Tau Cetian humans are very big, in stature, some 8-feet tall, many around 7-feet in height and powerfully built...On planets such as Hashabha...
  They are civilised people, living as members of the GFL...and working alongside the bear-types....
  
  Well, from what I can gather, the Tau Ceti humans also serve within the Lakwedak nation 8-clan system, fully integrated within it...and this symbiotic synergy was initially commenced by the Tau Ceti inhabitants of planet Vatamakha, so adding a synthesis mission function, manifest in the clans they describe as the Divine Service Clan...and Cultural History Clan...So adding these to the regular Sirian/Lyran 6-clan model..
  So the union between the bear-types and humans, is seamless, and in all ways except sexual union...Which is totally accepted by these human and non-human denizens of the system...So basically, the clans comprise both types, with the divine service clan possessing a particular unifying function, bring together all the talents within Lakwedak...Both planets Vatamakha and Hashabha......and all the planetary guardianship rituals allow the Tau Atars to perform ceremonies, cross-species....
  They are also great inventors of propulsion systems and navigators for inter-galactic voyages and S&E fleets within all GFL star nations...
  The two species types serve as one.....They have mutually chosen not to inter-breed, as their forms are too different.....(Unlike the cross bred reptillian/humans, on other worlds...)
  
  All the human variant races of Lakwedak, do inter-breed....And if an Earth male saw one of the Vatamakha girls, they might be somewhat stimulated by them.....But not the bear-people...Albeit, that does not offend any of the parties concerned...It's cosmic biology and personal preference, as far as they're concerned...

  Some supplementary data for you I've just gleaned about the pilot, Redanro...He's from a planet named Agada and is of the Tau Cetian science clan...In fact, his flair for scientific innovations, were well presented in his hologram display, on the outer plasma field of his ship.....Something I've never seen, nor heard about, before your video captured it...
  
  His commander, Jadar, is of a different clan, associated with engineering, but they work closely, together..
  
  So Redanro's science clan (Sirian term is "pukmanya") serves alongside a team of Tau Cetian engineers ("dubasnakya.")
