i frequent my local esoteric bookshop (bit of a reader) and just pick up titles that catch my eye, they have a great section on raw food!
well green smoothies r my preferred way to have vegies as i dont have to chew (just kidding) and you can make it as tasty as you want by blending nice stuf together with the not-so nice.

biggest obstacle for turning into a veg'n? loving the taste of certain meats namely, lamb and duck. Also not knowing enough recipes or ways of eating tasty veg but this I am remedying now.
Its mid summer here so nice and warm! I live near the sea, just love feeling the power and beauty, especially at nite this time of year, and most especially at this time of change.
I am an on and off vegie person -would like to be full time. Am currently dropping meat, one sort at a time. A bit more challenging this time of year when there's so much to eat!
