Let’s start off with a preliminary explanation.
As you can see from all the Near Death Experience stories, when a person crosses over they have the deity of their beliefs greeting them.
It is peaceful and joyful for the spirit because their belief is represented in front of them.
Now let’s talk about the assistance you have while you are in the physical.
If you believe in your space family, your guides are Other worldly.
If you are a believer in Christianity you likely have ascended masters, angels, saints, Jesus and God
Your guides or team are based on your beliefs and they are represented that way to make you feel the most relaxed about them.
Your guides, your team are all you.
That is one small part of your multidimensionality.
You are so spiritually massive and powerful that you are your own guides and team.
Some only have your higherself, no team or other guides.
This group of spirits will be discussed at another time. :)
Sit with this for a bit.
Perhaps some more revelations will come to you.

This is really neat and I agree with all of those things, but the term multidimensional means something entirely different to me.
The definition of dimension is: "Any one of the three physical or spatial properties of length, area, and volume. In geometry, a point is said to have zero dimension; a figure having only length, such as a line, has one dimension; a plane or surface, two dimensions; and a figure having volume, three dimensions."
To me a dimension is simply describing different physical planes of existence, different times and realities. But a dimension is not the same as a realm, which describes another physical world, nor is it something that is not physical, like the place we go after we die. Really, no one knows what that place is like or if it is even a place. The only info anyone has about it is that it is too beautiful to describe, that's what people say when they are about to die, that's what spirit guides say too.
That means interdimensional travellers are basically time travellers, they go through the many different dimensions of earth or whatever REALM they are going through, these dimensions can be significantly different than another, but they sort of overlap eachother, in a sense it creates many different realities of the same realm. For example the Elemental Realm... I don't know, I've been to the Elemental Realm many times before but I'm not entirely convinced that it is a realm, it too might just be a dimension, a dimension of earth, that is very close to earth.
Being a multidimensional being means that you can exist in many dimensions at the same time - that could be possible if you are in different dimensions at the same time, but it can also just describe the fact that we are right now as we speak encompassing many different vibrations which match dimensions, there are people here on earth at the levels from 3d to 19d, and everything inbetween. The people at higher levels are able to exist in all vibrations at once, you get there after the primordial level people assume is "enlightenment". But after that it's not like you ever stop growing.
Are monks really enlightened? Not according to my beliefs, they aren't, because enlightenment is never a fixed thing, they just spend their time in solitude. If they were to pass that level, they would find the ability to harness their enlightenment while being around lower frequency without having to shut themselves off from the rest of the world, they would be able to function everywhere, in every vibration, therefore becoming truly multidimensional people, that can really do something to change the world, but monks don't care about that now do they, they only care about personal gain.
This is how I understand the difference between terms. Spirit guides and angels, they are beyond life, dead, zilch, that means they are not physical in anyway shape or form, this means they do not come from a dimension, as a dimension is a physical place. They are beyond all that is. And so are we, beyond all that is, yet we also are physical.
The death realm, heaven, whatever you call it, that exists outside of everything that is physical. The universe, stars, planets are all physical things, we can see them all with our physical eyes. That means UFO's and Aliens, they are also physical lifeforms. They are not gods, not angels, just lifeforms like you and I.
