  If anybody should feel like that I should. Bad habits. Venemous mouthings from old wounds popping up when I least expect them. We are all on target no matter what our shortcomings are. They will be delt with as we go along. Trust. Confidence. You're doing fine dear. Each of us goes at our own pace in our own wonderfully designed direction. Continue to embrace love. Take my hand as I emerge out of the dark into a whole new world. Fill my heart with love and behold a beautiful shining soul. It's the words from a song I know. It keeps me going when I have these very same misgivings.

    I have bad habits too Bonnie... but I forgive myself - fortunately, or unfortunately - I feel that the part of me that wants to smoke and enjoys a drink is the part that will be left behind, or something like that... Bashir said that our natural state is a non-smoker and I know it's true. I've given up in the past successfully, because I wanted to, and it was easy. Especially when in a controlled environment, whilst not socialising much. Now I don't feel like giving up, so I know if I try to give up it won't work. 

    I wouldn't judge somebody who has been through thousands of years of incarnations and has ended up with various addictions, or afflictions, or emotional issues. I would open the doors for everybody because everybody deserves a break. That's how I see it.

    Hello Ashley! Ascension has already been happening for years and will continue to happen for years, according to some people who are in contact, as well as Dolores Cannon, who said through progression hypnosis of people that the shift happens, not on just one date, but gradually, for more years to come, and it is fantastic. So relax, and enjoy the love being beamed into this planet, more and more, and probably hugely more on 21/12/12. I'm not ready because I have things to do so I won't be going on that date. But I'm going to love every minute of watching the Earth become happier and happier and God knows what else can happen should the negativity and corruption leave the planet.

    Remember that we are all loved equally, and that this transition is for all of us. For the ones who won't it will be because it's their choice, not God's.

  Yup I did too, But raise yourself with the feeling of Hope to knowing. Try not to remain in the fear or shame frequency I hear that is is a low frequency. No need to worry , imagine just by remaining in a happy relaxed mood will brighten others around you raising your frequency and theirs too.
