  ~What ultimately resonates for me with phenomenon like the Mandella Effect, is their ability to disorient... to effectively ask anyone willing to seriously wrestle with their deeper implications to question the parameters of consensus ‘reality’. Something that at best, is quite malleable… or more likely (as the veils of duality continue to fade), completely illusory. One can draw a through line between the Mandella Effect & the arena of Extra-Terrestrials, for example… both subjects often trigger interpersonal turbulence, as depending on what one ‘believes’ (something that is often taught/force fed, & rarely questioned), their core foundation can instantly feel unstable, or threatened… in which case, we humans are hardwired to defend our sense of self, our personal histories, if you will. From my perspective, these type of glitches in the Matrix are part of the dismantling of Archontically imposed limitations that have little to do with who we really are… as little, it would seem, as our individual beliefs of what we’re actually experiencing in our daily affairs. The ‘Truth’ Is Out There! Further than most dare to imagine. By real’eyes’ing that our personal histories are simply part of our collective mythology… we begin to co-create a new paradigm where the borders of the Matrix have no meaning. ~TemetNosce247

    This phenomenon existed since ancient times … why create a new term makes no sense to me. It’s all about individual perception. Which could be trained and the accuracy of individual perception comes with being alert and vigil to the surroundings – attention is a main key, and its base on individual focus and experiences. Perception itself is a phenomenon. How many facets of sensory perception has and connections to brain/mind function and cognition?

     

    In older texts and scripts describe 'all is an illusion' some would argue that it’s only perception that is illusory, as Illusion is a distorted form of perception. Because we never perceive anything as it actually is. The world we live right now is a very good example.

     

    We relay on our five sensory organs, these five organs are responsible for receiving different stimulation: seeing, smelling, hearing, tasting, and feeling - sensations that are received and transmitted to the brain. Perception is an absolutely personal experience to form interpretation of our sensations to understand the environment.

     

    Intent - is beyond 'mind and sensations'.

      ~Beautifully laid out, Ara… for me, renaming phenomenon meant to reengage our collective Intent with Infinite Possibility is a natural byproduct to the times. Of any ‘time’, past and future included, as time itself has become a kind of mental constraint that distances 'one'self  from direct experience… from pure Magic… which is at the center point of our true origins. So how we language our illusory ‘reality’, only serves the call of the emerging paradigm if it challenges us to dig deeper. If it forces us to question, rather than cosign the force fed answers of the status quo. In some ways, the names we give the paths that push any 'individual' toward the spiritual tipping point holds little meaning to me... there's always an argument that it's ALL been done before. I liken it to some of the more insidious veils of religion, which through language, have effectively disempowered millions of our fellows by instilling victim consciousness & doubling down on the ‘I’m not worthy’ trip. On the flip side of the multidimensional coin, if 'one' disengages from this type of mental bondage, there is also a point where the initiate/adept… regardless of their beliefs… strips away the spells cast by limited doctrine & reclaims the power of their own Word... their own Intent. So, ‘Mandela Effect’ is simply another attempt to name what ultimately can’t be named… that which has already been experienced, yet at the same time, toys with pure novelty. We’re being challenged to remember, while erasing the illusion of our personal histories at the same time. At least, that's what it seems like ;-)

  I sing along with songs for years and then find that I got the lyrics wrong...not the mandela effect, just  mis-perception.  We all know that we cannot trust what we see for our brain will fill in the details often very wrong.  Just ask any 3 eye witnesses at an event...they will each give a different story of what happened..

    Feather I occasionally get the words wrong if I sing a song, it happens to most people but I think the Mandela Effect is changing songs for certain, like California Dreaming, I know that song like the back of my hand, been singing it for years but it's changed. The Mandela Effect is definately happening, and I fully resonate with the Gnostic investigation and decoding of the Mandela Effect presented by John Lash, where he claims that the source of it is the Earth Mother Sophia who has hacked into the human mind and into the Internet to get our attention, so that we will never be psyop'd ever again. Maybe Sophia is responding to our centuries of prayers and asking for devine intervention in a way, to put an end to the wongs in the world. I see the Mandela Effect as a devine intervention on a supernatural scale. I haven't found a better explanation this far, and until I do find one, I will continue to follow that investigation which makes perfect sense to me at least. Truely, you ask 3 eye witnesses of an event and they will each give you their perception of what happened, but the Mandela Effect is very direct, many people come up with the exact same conclusion. I remember 4 Village People in the 70s, so do loads of other people. Now it 6 guys in the band and apparently it was always 6 in the current reality.

    Anyway, speaking of getting the lyrics wrong, you have to see Peter Kay demonstrating his take on the Mandela Effect, sort of :)
