As we have open chakras it is important to protect oneself from the negative energies
i use this everyday and it works a treat

Before I go out anywhere I try to remember to cleanse myself with the white light, then visualise myself surrounded in a gold suit of protection, along with Archangels heavenly swords surrounding me (no one is gonna mess with me today ! ) :-)..It also works a treat. I so agree, it is so important that Lighworkers protect themselves in these times.
