Any place of worship is for devotees who wish to do volunteer service without pay ...no money
The volunteer be it priest, president, committee member or devotee ...no pay ...no money
The volunteer must be ready for SSS meaning :
selfless service
self sacrifice
self realisation ...evolve spritually
But the volunteer should be provide with bare necessities like simple accommodation, simple clothes, simple form of transport , simple food in other words SIMPLE LIVING HIGH THINKING ....no money no pay not allowed to touch money
Other Important Point is NO VOLUNTEER SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO SERVICE IN ONE PLACE OF WORSHIP FOR OVER A YEAR ...in other words once the year is finished the volunteer must be moved to another place of same worship ...like a Christian volunteer must after one year service in a church move to another church for one year and then move to another church.
Thus is very important as a chance must be given to a new volunteer as they will bring in new improvements where else the volunteer after one year will bring no improvement, no new ideas , no changes for the better but becomes a robot., same as doing day in day out like a factory worker...so must move every year to a local place of worship
Thirdly: All places of worship are gods houses and all are welcome like Hindus sometimes go to Sikh temples for food likewise some Sikhs go to Hindu temples to see and have some food ...they are open to all ..no discrimination, no segregation, no caste ,colour and creed problems as they are all gods houses and god welcomes all
