Am just wondering what your daily food intake is like?
I'm inspired to eat raw and more vegetarian now than ever. But I still like toast and bread. It's soul food. I can't imagine another salad for dinner.
Mine is:
Breakfast
Porridge, rice milk, stevia powder, sultanas
Fruit, yogurt
Lunch
Salad, tofu (fried in small amount of coconut oil)
Fruit, yogurt
Dinner
Sprouted spelt toast, with piece of tomato and cheese/avocado on top.
And chocolate here and there (which I'm giving up in the New Year along with wine).

so far, persimmons, bananas, arrugula salad, .................my mums famous pickled green tomatoes and steamed chinese chestnuts..............I am getting ready to make a smoothie of persimmons and bananas.

I am one skinny guy. at 6 feet a
