  ok.  Well everyone should be having dreams or feelings that cause them pain, suffering, anxiety, depression, sickness, etc.

   

  for those who are experiencing these things, meditation and memory retrieval of past-life traumatic events can help release the karmic events that led to the creation of entangled quantum particles.  These particles are being recombined and released, allowing "fear" and "darkness", which is just another way of saying the things that make us sick and feel bad, as well as the things that feed ego, so that, when the planet ascends, they will be able to go with her.

   

  Aside from that, everyone should be looking at their lives to see what they can do to better not only their own lives but the lives of the collective conscience we are trying to achieve so desperately.

   

  If we can't put our differences aside, how can we expect change for the the better?  How can we look to a future without judgement if we remain in judgement ourselves?

   

  I would ask that anyone seeking specifics about any of this send me a message directly so that we can discuss specific context, because Rae is right, there IS no one solution for anybody.

  Those who are in tune with Gaia and the frequencies of the fifth dimension will ascend WITH her.  Those who are not, will be left on the parts of Gaia that do not ascend.  Everything will ascend eventually, so it's a matter of doing the work NOW in order to ascend, or working on the post-ascension Gaia to help those who didn't transmute enough fear and darkness to ascend during this particular ascension.

  I believe Nibiru has something to do with the last stage of Gaias Ascension.

  I have followed this thread for a while now, but let me say I'll stay on earth during ascension - it's a moment to experience a pride as never before. And besides that, here at the ascension moment are the magic tools made. x-)

  Best way to shot down fear is to push the Television button OFF..And Create our own little Heavenly Bubble..Shot down Negativity, sources of Negativity. Then it be more fun.

  It's very true what you both say, I guess then all we have to do is to be able to tell the difference between rational and irrational fear. Which is one of the many hard things to do in this earth.

    I agree with everyone, but I'm preparing for 2012 cause I'm a mother of two.  Also I'm prepared to comfort my children if I have to.  In the worse case scenrio or you going to meditate and walk around and ignore humanity dieing infront of you.  Of course not.  There's a spiritual and physical side to all of this.   And did you not forget we are physical = matter and spirit at this time!!!   So being realistic, let's try not to fear where that is the absense of love.  But let's be realistic also while were in our physical body.  Poke your finger   did you feel that, I think you did.
