Like I stated they should be protective underwear both for men and women so as to protect from Rape( mainly women ), mugging and assault.. For men more to protect from muggings, assault and violence.
This protective underwear should be available WorldWide via stores and Internet.
Vulnerable people like old people need protection against mugging, violence and assault.
