Using sound frequencies for your ascension work

One of the best tools to use is sound frequency to raise your vibrations to speed up the ascension process.

Listening to sound frequencies with a head phone also helps break up karmic flem that may be stuck in the body and loosens up bottled up energies that need to be released and flushed out of your 4 body system.

If you pay close attention you may be to tell which parts of your body are holding on to karmic debri and start to concentrate your efforts in this area. After a while you will experience a flush and periodic vibrational flowage thoughout your body which will tell you that your work is helping clear the gunk so more light can fill in to you new light body.

Drinking a lot of heavy liquids like creamy soup, or thick beer ( like guiness) will help move the energies and flush it out with more precision. Moving it with your breahte helps to, but when you raise vibrations you become a tuning fork for a short while....so when you listen to say the solfeggio ascension frequencies...listen to them for a while and drink heavy liquids shortly after to move the frequencies into your blood stream quickly so it can do the needed work throughout the body.
