For the ones who already know what it is imagine you put an antenna as Nikola Tesla thought about in the middle or all other different green way of creating energy. All Domotic Houses and appartement connected to the University in the middle.
For the ones who don't know what it is well it's a Self-sufficient City with free energy, free food, free education, for the goal of not being part of a monetary slavery and give the opportunity of doing what drive your lives and that you are loving doing for the good of all !!!. :-)
