I began to notice my jeans fitting a little tighter around the waist so I watched what I ate and decided to walk on the beach in mornings and afternoons more often to stay active. A week goes by and now I cant zip them up so I notice I have this sudden unexpected weight gain and no clue how this happened. I just started my college classes again and stress is a little high with school and managing my 2 year old at home. I also developed irregular sleeping patterns like waking up at 3 or 5 in the morning and feeling anxious or hungry. The everyday stress began to take over my body with 10 - 15 extra pounds and acne developing on my face. I knew at this point that I needed to change something before this weight issue got out of control. 

There are times when I experienced a significant amount of weight loss from stress too by losing my appetite and not feeling hungry. I began to drink liquid fruits and vegetables to gain the nutrients and vitamins my body needed to keep me stable. 

Liquid diets are great for detox and getting rid of toxins and harmful substances in your body. I prefer fruit and veggie juices from natural fruits and vegetables put in a juicer and water added. Just from being on a liquid diet you can lose 3 to 4 pounds per week. Once you stop the liquid diet eat very low sodium soups and salads without dressings. I tried the liquid diet and it works great but, once you go on it you cant go right back to eating other foods with it because it doesnt work like that.

    I once tipped the scale at 230lbs during my heaviest time, and got my weight down to 160 by eating three meals a day, and three snacks. The 160 was hard to upkeep so I went back up in weight by choice. During ascension and with the shifts/cellular clearing, and everything else under the sun.  I have fluctuated in weight, but now have grown out of all of my pants, but have changed my diet in the last few months to a vegan diet. I feel so much better and think that indigos need to watch what they eat. Stress can definatly change the eating, when I am stressed I don't eat or sometimes eat a bunch, if I am depressed I will overeat. School and a two year old. WOW! Great JOB!

    Have you seen a naturopath, (sorry spelling) or doctor in regards to this, maybe some acupuncture?

  • I know exactly what you mean..........as far as skin and hair are concerned( also must be included mind and body in full spectrum )............I wash my hair once a week and it still feels fresh and soft everyday inbetween...........my skin is like a babies "butt" after 17 yrs of vegan raw foods( iam 46 yrs old).........My face shows many wrinkles from stress we all go through but inside feeling, outside touch is remarkable..............

    I'll say , you stick with meatless/junk food diet and your body and mind will reach new hights , unfamiliar for common woman and man.....................

  • I think we can easily guess what coused this sudden spike in weight............~unhealthy food donations as you claim.........if you stopped eating meat and then started eating it again after certain, lets call it vegetarian period.................

  • I can understand what you're saying Sarah,

    I don't work out enough and definitely need to.  I think starting Palates or Yoga would be great for people in dealing with the changes they are going through.  I think what is happening to us is symbolic of what we are going through on a spiritual level. 

    Being physical and being out in nature, swimming, what ever you have a passion for, is essential right now.

    Be compassionate to your "self" and don't stress on what is happening to you.  You will find a balance with your body, and you will make it through these changes.

  • I have an advice..............eat lightly everyday, meaning eat your veggies and fruit as you had indicated here but maybe can try a day of fasting, like one day a week where you are determined to eat nothing. Also, during such fast day you might incorporate a positive activity for your self and a child ; go for a walk on the beach, listen to soothing music or kind movie, etc................ everyone needs that day away from what you called stress................ ps. if you claim to be eating/drinking only juices for most part, I can not see it possible for you to gain weight, you should be loosing it regardless.............so what is your daily food intake ?
