Bright orbs like those are usually surveillance devices from the gray aliens. A significant number of abductees claimed to see these orbs before lost time-frames took place (or time of abduction), and some video home security systems have showed these orbs in their homes prior to grays peeping in through windows.
If you see such a bright orb following you, beware. You may be under consideration for a needed DNA collection.
