The diameter of these scouts is 100 feet, and although spheroid in shape, they possess implosion motors at the base, so may appear to some observers as "pear-shaped," or "rugby ball." Mostly, the human eye and camera, perceives them as spherical balls of bright white light, which can alter to oranges and greens, at lower velocity vectoring....This is a plasma envelope of ionised electrons. Note that I suggest a vectoring, rather than aerodynamic flight....

It is also correct that because Sirian scouts are spherical in shape, many observers dismiss them as "weather balloons." As not possessing the classic disc-shape, most associate with "UFOs/Ovnis..."
