When I meditate, I can only keep my back straight for 5 mins max without it feeling pain. Plus, when I lean my torso forward, and it affect my breathing. Like the air wont go in as smoothly as it should be, it almost like snoring really. Does ne body no any exercise or stretches to help strengthen my lower back. I do weight lift, and try to dead lift as much as I can to help it. But sadly I rushed into a heavy workout, and I damaged my back muscles and left me outta commonsion for a little while. Ne body got ne advice.

Just use a pose that feels comfortable, the lotus position is not necessary, but most effective due to energyflow.
Direct your hands to your head, light-rays shall hit your head and the inner-eye stimulates. Thank you. :)
couple of pointers if I may :
~try Tibethan Rights of Rejuvenation aka 5 tibethan rights
~try doing it against a wall- sitting up against a wall.
..............................practice it and see if it works.
