the weirdest part is it didn't even rain that hard ... unless it was done intentionally to create this kind of flooding - apparently we have gates that connecting a few lakes here: Georgian Lake, Simcoe Lake and some other - so if those gates were open then i understand. You should hear some of our meteorologist explanation ... lol .... 'almost an invisible cloud' or we didn't know it was coming ... lol ... ;) Yea. And this is simultaneously with global flooding ... coincidence?
But it's good 'cover up' using this as the state of emergency to bring the military into the equation to vacate all of the people who lost their home to "facilities' which are "already build for them" ... without any resistance ... well i guess this is NWO's the first stage AS 'natural disasters' - if it is - very smart.
