This should align you to what you are now and from now forget the past but start creating a better future for yourself by good karmas.

Your body can heal itself once you get to know yourself at this present moment  ...you can tune yourself to the source and now you being part of the source can be one with the source and play a part of the source by getting in the mode of goodness like the source stationed in the mode of goodness for ever and ever.

You need to think deeply ..understand yourself..forget the past ...look at the state you are in now and now by creating good karmas you are creating your ascension ...evolving to the highest level and becoming one with the source

Now once you leave your body you will merge in the source and start helping others to unite with the source.
