Left Right and Centre most food and hygiene inspectors are passing establishments that are really below standard.
A lot of 5 Star establishments are really not worthy of 5 Star rating
There is a lot that the food and hygiene inspectors miss out on.
Like a few examples :
1: Staff should not be allowed to use Mobile phones in the kitchen and serving are
2: Staff should wear gloves just to touch food or touch clean areas only
3: All food on display must be covered and not showing naked
4: Staff must be immediately sacked if they eat or drink in the kitchen and serving area.
5: Food spilled / dropped outside the continer must be discarded and not put back in the container.
6: Staff serving must hold the plates and bowls from the edges only not putting their finger in the plates and bowls.
7: Staff must wh hands as soon as they enter the kitchen and constantly wash hands so they are clean all the time.
FOOD AND HYGIENE INSPECTORS MISD OUT A LOT AND SO THOSE CARELESS MUST BE IMMEDIATELY SACKED FOR THE SAFETY AND WELLBEING OF OTHERS.
