ASCENSION seems so slow with all the help from Starseeds reincarnated here, the Galactic Federation of Light, Inner Earth Beings, First Contact and Disclosure talks that it just seems a drag and boring hearing a lot of talk and very little positive action.

HOW CAN WE SPEED UP THIS PROCESS as it just seems that there are far to many humans that do not wish to change and some changing very slowly and a lot keeping others under control.
