Hi Brothers and Sisters of the light.
The 3DD will start with one day with a partial eclipse to give a hint whats waiting.
The electricity will not be working, so prepare with food , water ,candles and flashlights.
We will enter a ministasis at the second day, when the dark elements will be removed to prepare for a takeover of the media and other important areas in society.
It will be implemented a long teaching period for about a year after the 3DD, when the TRUTH will be presented to humanity.

Lots of stuff on it but I feel this info is the most likely from CB and has many videos to listen to for your interpretation. Based on that it is likely from a pole shift/volcanic ash which will shroud the earth for 3 days. The Galactic s cant help till after 2012 except to prevent our destruction (nuclear) so we need to ride the wave for a bit longer.

i would consider fasting as a nice option for the people has no food prepared :) for 3DD. do not forget to drink water, at least 4 liters a day. it would be beneficial for overall health..:)
I would not recommend fasting for people who aren't used to it. Fasting gives you an excess of dopamine, and if you have nowhere to channel all that energy, bad shit starts to happen.. ;)
I have personal experience of different levels of starvation and one needs to be VERY focused (almost transcendental) to be able to withstand a 2 week fasting without causing turmoil and problems for the surroundings. :)

I used to live a rather wreckless life during my 20's, and spent time with all kinds of drug-abusers, so I have actually a pretty good experience on exactly HOW crazy it actually can be. ;)
