Scientology is an interesting & potentially dangerous corridor of the 'Rabbit-Hole' (depending on 'one's' perspective). Despite the countless shadows that surround L. Ron Hubbard, the 'Church' & it's inner workings... there are elements to their highest level doctrine that directly address extraterrestrials & versions of archonic control. Nonetheless, the methods they have employed to 'clear' their members of this mental bondage, have essentially created the very conditions they supposedly stand against & are trying to rid the planet of. As the saying goes- "Absolute power corrupts absolutely." Even so, it's a mistake to simply discard Hubbard as insane, or a con-artist. There are meaningful lessons to be learned... even in the darkest of corridors. ~InLight555

Trying to discern the ultimate 'intent' of Scientology doctrine can be a tricky thing. As an example, at the center point of their beliefs is the notion that Psychiatry is responsible for man's fall from grace & is to blame for many of the evils on the planet. From one perspective that stance may seem irrational, bordering on insanity. At the same time though, it's impossible to ignore the havoc that psychotropic drugs & Big-Pharma have wreaked on the Human psyche.
Thank you for putting this on this site. I was friends with a Scientology member at one time, and I don't like their philosophy or their methods one bit.
I read parts of their Scientology Management Training Manual, and it's all about how to become a control freak via the use of symbols, gestures, and certain approaches to gain initial control over people or situations (so that you can go on to gain more control over such people or situations for your own self-gain). And they're big into contract law, which is why John Travolta and Tom Cruise are reportedly not well-liked on Hollywood sets; they are known to use the "Sex Pistols" clause (whereby if you want them out of the contract, you must pay them with a golden parachute of cash).
Stanley Kubrick may have been the only producer who got away with telling Tom Cruise what he could do with this clause if he wanted to be in "Eyes Wide Shut."
