Everybody is talking about a frequency for ascension, and that you need to have like 51 procent of light inside if you want to ascend..how do you know you are on the 'right' frequency?
Jogging? Bike riding? walking? Weight training? Rowing and other machines in a gym (Unless you have a rowboat)?
