      In certain religions, in certain countries. During menstruation, women are not allowed to make ritualistic prayers and enter temples too because it is viewed as 'dirty' and 'impure'. Not that it has anything to do with the topic though.

  women who wear revealing clothes want to be looked at and desired-it makes them feel good and they have fun teasing-but raping is obviously wrong and needs to be punished -in the west all the courts have become to easy on the criminal, psychological rehabilitation is applied and that has proven time and again not to work in many cases and the criminals repeat their crimes-hard labor in a prison situation with the criminals living in general quarters and being fed salt peter in their food has proven to work-when they got out they did not want to go back-add psych rehab.  One of the problems was that prison guards became ultra cruel and abusive in the old days but today cameras and monitors can be everywhere to thwart any type of that behavior.

    Clyde Barrow of Bonnie and Clyde grew up literally dirt poor having to live in a tent with his parents for a time got caught stealing and was sent to a work camp in Texas at 16 where he was raped repeatedly by prison guards-when he got out you know what happened and he made it his goal to kill as many police as he could

  Rape or molestation happens for any one of the following reasons.

  1. The man and/or women are drunk and it happens as an accident or mistake.
  2. The man is drunk or taken drugs and is culturaly and psycologically violent.
  3. The man is a sadist and humiliating another person is his natural instinct.
  4. The man is pushed by other men to prove his manliness.
  5. The man is sexually incompetent and has no opportunity of having a normal sexual life.
  6. The man is sexually and mentally frustrated as a woman has insulted him very recently
  7. A man living in a society where women have no respect.
  8. A man who is mentally unstable and needs urgent medical attention or internment.
  9. A man who is normal but becomes lustful when incited by a women in revealing clothes.

  The woman who wants to live a life or dress as she wants has no way of knowing what kind of men she has to deal with in real life. The last one (number 9) is the least of her worries. It is the men in the 1-8 bracket that she has to worry about.

  Tackling one man using self defense might be possible but not against a gang of men as in the delhi rape case.

  There is only solution and that is a spiritual and sexual awakening among all men and women.

  And THIS is the result of that treatment?

  Shit man, you need to seriously think about changing your career for the good of Mankind. ;)

  I could add that all "patients" I have had during my last 22 years of guiding mental evolution in lost souls, have all become excellent and very nice Human Beings. :)

  If a doc can't heal his patients, he's not really a doc now is he? ;)
