There is no such thing as death / dead as it's only leaving the body ...according to karmas and where your consciousness is situated at the time of leaving your body that is where you will transcend ..be it heaven ..be it other higher planets ..be it lower planets.

Goddesses Kwin Yin attained heaven but asked to be reincarnated on Planet Earth as she wants to help people suffering and expecially children 

The Queen had a wonderful life but due to family ..relatives  problems was under a lot a stress in the last few years ..she had as a duty to keep a brave face although hurt .. some of the problems were caused by Prince Andrew and Prince Harry and his partner.

Also loss of Prince Phillip was a big blow to her but now united in heaven.

People should remember her for all the joy and happiness she gave to the world ..she accomplished her set duty and nobody would have done better.
