I have discovered the power of my nose. I literally can smell what is true.

I can trust my nose smelling what is good for me. I remember once I dated a woman which made a great impression to me. But there was an important thing. When we got closer I clearly knew I couldn`t smell her, and I could nothing do about that. It was not that she was unclean. It was her body smell.

I knew that I always was a smell person. It was always hard for me working in a bad smelling erea. I have often seen messy homes which challenged me a lot.

Now I also have understood our over-clean society. Many people I know use partly strong perfumes and have a shower twice a day.

Our nose is an organ leading us to places of truth and comfort, and we all tend to forget about it. In the last recent years I deliberately use certain smells in a kind of meditation. Depending on what I am longing for I select different smells.

I grew up at a farm. I still have the smell of stables and dunghills in my nose. And sometimes I need to go to a stable and smell it. Then I feel I kind of comfort.

At other times I go to a perfume shop and look for scents I could love. That can go for an hour. The salesladies are smiling at me. We had often long discussions on certain scents.

There are a couple of scents hich give me the illusion of absolutely wellbeing. It is like being home. Each time I expose myself to certain scents I feel like beyond of this world, and my phantasy is seeming to have no limits.

My favorite smells are bergamot, pachouli and cucumber, which is used in Fahrenheit. And when I stand below a blooming lime tree, I see myself in a Garden of Eden. And dried everlasting flowers ignite in me a feeling of fall, and I like to listen to Vivaldi, The 4 seasons...

At the end a nice joke I heard for the first time when I was 10. I could`l laugh at this time because I didn`t understand. What does a blind man say if he enters a fish shop? Hi girls....
