Arcturians are able to ingest information through their telepathic abilities and through their nervous system. This process is similar to ingesting food, but on a more energetic level. They are able to assimilate information at a rate of one hundred times faster than the average human being on earth.....This means that they have the complete history of all the Planets in this Universe
