    The Arcturian starship has a complete data bank of every aspect of Earth life, and life on other planets as well. Arcturians are able to ingest information through their telepathic abilities and through their nervous system. This process is similar to ingesting food, but on a more energetic level. They are able to assimilate information at a rate of one hundred times faster than the average human being on earth.....This means that they have the complete history of all the Planets in this Universe
