        In the Himalayan Mountains there are two Maha Yogies that are in deep meditation ..Samadhi... for a long time without food and water.... Meditating on The Golden Age to go into full swing on this Planet.
        Then there is this holy man who did not eat and drink for 70plus years ...Check out this video on YouTube:

        But this is not easy so let us concentrate on all in one super meal to have once a day.

  I would also add organic Hemp powder .. Let us have good sensible comments so it helps to create the ultimate drink ...please think before you comment as your comment should have positive helpful advice

  Well if someone can create the ultimate meal and just have it once a day it would save all the hassle.
  The Arcturians are known to drink a super drink with super ingredients and that is all they need....if anyone knows the Arcturian Ingredients please share. The Arcturians eat to live not live to eat and what they intake they ingest so no need of toilets either.
  I would have all ingredients to be organic and I would add organic Ashwaganda and a spoonful of Chayawanprash and some powdered organic Aloe Vera and organic cinnamon
