  This is highly interesting news to me. You’re right, Out of the Blue -- communication is a big issue here. I can see the pure logic in their wanting to communicate telepathically. Verbal communication IS primitive and allows for way too much distortion. Then there’s the issue of scientists who don’t believe telepathy exists because it’s not been proven in sufficient enough terms for them to accept. Telepathy is as natural as the air we breathe. Most scientists would never deny that air is a physical fact but at their unaware stage of development, they can’t accept that telepathy is a non-physical fact.
  
  It’s highly likely that none of these Bulgarian scientists are developed spiritually/psychically. Without being educated about what exists non-physically, there’s no common vocabulary, so how can they possibly ask the right questions of an advanced race. It’s an unfortunate situation but I would hope that these Bulgarian scientists are resourceful enough to find an interpreter who can communicate telepathically.

  This is interesting to me. And exciting. Are they saying that the cropcircles from this summer are the answers to the questions? Where are these questions?
