thanks Fence Sitter for sharing ... it's beyond sad indeed ... i've grow up in Russia, Vladivostok

it used to be a military base ... lots of nuclear submarines were docked in the Bay ... also there were a few sub accidents as well, and the radiation level in Vladivostok in 1991 was very high ... and there is nothing anybody can do ... it's sad where do you hide ...
