This is going to be a very hard call from an astrology point of view!!!!

The planets of Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, and Pluto will be forming an astrological square from mid to late April of 2014, and the possible outcomes for interpretation are below the horoscope chart for Washington D.C., April 23, 2014:

(1) Jupiter/Pluto  =  Mars/Uranus

- "Fortunate Transformation or Financial Success"

Equals "Accident or Exciting Event"

- this can define a major international financial event, such as a bubble or a crash.  An important financial agreement is also possible, but I wouldn't sign my name on it with Mars/Uranus involved.  It could also define a major travel accident or assassination.  If the stock market screams upward, BE WARY.  Mars/Uranus is very much related to accidents that take place due to high risks involved in an action or activity taking place. 

(2) Jupiter/Mars  =  Uranus/Pluto

- "Fortunate Activity or Creation"

Equals "Shocking/Destructive Transformation or Revolutionary Transformation" 

- this may define important international legislation or activities that are either created or terminated, with a lot of people getting peed off. Labor relations could be affected in some shocking/destructive way, as well as use of the military in some shocking/destructive way. Popular grassroots uprisings and revolts are also possible.

(3) Jupiter/Uranus  =  Mars/Pluto

- "Surprising News or Financial Luck"

Equals "Excessive Bravery or Risky Transformation"

- international financial aspects come into play again, as well as international relations. This could indicate risky financial actions coming into play on an international basis, such as currency games or stockmarket "screams," as well as accusations of financial thievery and such.  Financial or military scandals are also possible with this equation.

Malcolm's Prediction

Squares (90 degree aspects) between planets represent technical conflicts and hard settlements of differences, and oppositions (180 degree aspects) represent trade-offs or hard choices.  I thus expect much conflict between groups of people and authority figures on an international basis, possibly related to areas of law enforcement, military encroachment, or for financial reasons. This is derived from the additional square forming between the Moon and Saturn while this Grand Square is taking place with the horoscope chart above, as this should "add fuel to the fire"  in terms of animosity between "the people" (the Moon) and "the father-figure or authority" (Saturn).  This may actually be a good thing; think of the famous quote from "The Godfather" with the mafia chieftain Peter Clemenza instructing Michael Corleone on why it's needed to murder a major drug lord and a corrupt police captain: 

"these things gotta happen every five years or so, ten years. Helps to get rid of the bad blood. Been ten years since the last one. You know, you gotta stop them at the beginning. Like they should have stopped Hitler at Munich, they should never let him get away with that, they was just asking for trouble."

In terms of geophysical aspects, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanoes, and similar land-formation disasters are also a possibility.  Nuclear accidents or news related to nuclear weapons are another possibility due to the presence of Uranus.

The grand square between Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, and Pluto takes place at the 13th degree of the Cardinal Signs (Aries, Libra, Capricorn, and Cancer).  Countries and organizations that will get affected under this square per transit to natal horoscope data (at the 13th degree of the Cardinal Signs) includes Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, China, Israeli Mossad, and the United States.

Iran and Israel get affected with the square between the Moon and Saturn.  The Federal Reserve and the New York Stock Exchange get a weak "taste" of the transiting square between the Moon and Saturn.

Hence, expect the possibility for some sharp words and population face-offs to be exchanged on an international basis in the later half of April 2014.  As well as some possible land mass disasters.

Peaceful solutions are the best route.  But this is a sharp square pattern that can unfortunately break peoples sensibilities. And remember what Peter Clemenza said in "The Godfather:" 

"these things gotta happen every five years or so, ten years. Helps to get rid of the bad blood."
