I'm interested to know what some of your views are on the Dimensions, and Astral things.
For me the Astral is somewhere we go at nite, while we are traveling out of the physical body, and we get to see an over lay of what we were like in past History. Sort of like seeing all parts ourselves in the Astral, and what makes us who we are today. I can see where we have parts of ourselves, where we had fought battles, and wars in a past History and History events even.
The Dimensions, is somewhere we are looking at ourselves, and what we need to work on this lifetime while living here on Planet Earth. Sometimes we can see off Planets as well, when traveling through the Dimensions. For me it is all about scanning our Physical, and why we are here for, and what our Mission in life is. When we have opened Chakras, we are seeing what parts of our Chakra's need to be worked on, and where we can clean some of them out.
The Physical plane is somewhere we live on, which would be Planet Earth
What are some of your thoughts on this

Actually an incarnated earth human has a physical body, as well as emotional and mental bodies...So although not visible, the physical dense form has a higher correspondence, as follows:
Aetheric plane has 7 sub-planes, the lowest three of which are gas, liquid and solid.
Astral plane has 7 sub-planes, the emotions of human beings reside there and this is the dream state.
Manasic plane has 7 sub-planes, the mental body rests here...the lowest three planes...The causal body is on the 4th.
So the Causal or Light Body of the Soul is located on a plane which is defined as the highest part of a spiritual triad...
The Soul itself has a Light body on the causal sub-plane of the Manasic and is itself a triad, with the Buddhic plane being the astral equivalent and the Atmic plane being the highest vibration...
So, the Soul reflects itself into the lower correspondence, thus: Atma-Buddhi-Manas: Mental-Astral-Aetheric

Above the Atmic level is the Monadic plane, in which the Soul's higher counterpart resides, we call the Divine Monad...The plane above that one is also septenary in nature and we call it the Logoic...

Hey Kwest, No the Astral Realms is somewhere we go, when we are in a sleeping state, more like Dreams, but when we can remember what we are doing in our Dream State that would be considered traveling out of the physical body, and visiting the Astral Realms
They say we can though, travel out of body while we are awake in the daytime hours as well, but most do this while they are sleeping, and can remember more what was taken place while they were there

Hey Drekx, Thanks for sharing this info. I think it is important that we all know what is out there, and what we are experiencing in this life. Yeah I have heard that we have Emotional Mental Bodies as well.
This does explain a lot more on things, as I have heard about having a Light Body as well. That makes sense that it is apart of our Soul

Hey Drekx, Yes that does make more sense then anything right now about our Lightbodies being apart of our Soul. I was just thinking this evening, that when our Kundalini energy awakens, and starts to unfold within our physical bodies, it does become non existent to the physical plane. Which is why Kundalini energy is so hard to capture on film for.
It has to with the fact that our DNA becoming awakening. Something that can't be seen with the naked eye on the physical plane.
The Light Body is our existence of our Soul :0)
Yes an Incarnated Earth Human does have a physical body, which is why most Ascended Masters are Incarnated here on Planet Earth at this time.
